ABOUT THE FOUNDER

From Professional Football to Building Naphstone.

Odysseus Alfa is the CEO & Founder of Naphstone.

His career began in Professional Football, but his ambition extended beyond the pitch.

Through Education, building relationships, his exposure to Business, Real estate and Asset ownership; he has developed an increasing conviction in the power of Investing and Entrepreneurship.

Naphstone was established to bring those experiences together. The company not only exists to acquire businesses, real estate and other assets, but participate or facilitate ambitious projects, such as development projects or ambitious commercial schemes.

Odysseus believes success is multiplied through partnering with like-minded entities and individuals. This is only the beginning. His ambition is to build Naphstone into an international investment company with a portfolio of exceptional businesses and real assets that create lasting value and partnerships across generations Internationally.

Key milestones behind the development of Naphstone.

2017

Harrow School

Completed an education at Harrow School, whilst simultaneously progressing through the ranks of youth academy football at Queens Park Rangers FC. building the academic foundation, resilience, and Independence that would later support entrepreneurial ambitions.

2017

First Professional Contract

Signed a first professional contract with Queens Park Rangers, beginning a career in professional football.

2017–2026

Professional Football & Investing

Alongside a professional football career, time was dedicated to studying businesses, investing and the long-term potential of real assets, with a particular focus on opportunities across Nigeria.

2026

Founded Naphstone

Established Naphstone as a private investment company focused on acquiring businesses, participating in development opportunities and allocating capital where conviction is strongest.

Today

Current Priorities

Progressing the first business acquisition, as well as acquiring and investing in Property in the United Kingdom while advancing development partnerships across Nigeria through family-held, and personal land assets and trusted relationships.
